the staff was friendly at check-in! they added personal touches. the hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby sites. one staff member carried our luggage to the room, which i appreciated.
i noticed the white paint around the handle was dirty. the main entrance looked shabby with ripped wallpaper. i also saw frayed carpets, which could use replacement.
